About Me
My name is Niom Samson, I am a Twenty-three year-old Unschooler from Pune. I completed a Two-year Self-Directed Learning program at Swaraj, Udaipur and I worked with The Atelier, a school in Bengaluru, facilitating music and movement for Two years. I am currently teaching music, part-time online and taking forward my initiative called Let'sPlay!

I am perpetually curious to find out more about the world around and inside me. Exploration through expression is one of my favorite time-passes. And I can't help but raise questions on societal norms, preconceived notions and expectations.

On Unschooling
My childhood was not a typical one. I was 'Unschooled'. This is a form of homeschooling, where the child has the freedom and responsibility to decide what to do, why to do, how to do, everywhere, all the time! (I'm sure you can guess that it's more nuanced than that, but you get the gist.
